1. INTRODUCTION
This Pricing Policy (“Policy”) governs the fee structure, payment terms, and related financial obligations for services provided by Krityam Montessori Preschool and Daycare, operated by Future Leaders Education and Charitable Trust (“Krityam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and legal compliance in all pricing practices while supporting our mission to provide authentic Montessori education.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL FEES PAID TO KRITYAM ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
By enrolling your child with Krityam, parents/guardians (“you” or “Parent”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Pricing Policy, including the strict no-refund policy, in conjunction with our Admission Policy and Terms of Service.
2. POLICY OBJECTIVES
2.1 Educational Excellence
Our primary objective is to ensure adequate financial resources to maintain high-quality Montessori education standards, including IMTC-certified teachers, authentic Montessori materials, and optimal learning environments that support the holistic development of each child.
2.2 Financial Sustainability
We aim to generate sufficient revenue to cover operational costs, facility maintenance, staff compensation, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives that enable us to provide exceptional educational services while maintaining long-term organizational stability.
2.3 Accessibility and Inclusivity
Our fee structure is designed to make quality Montessori education accessible to families while maintaining financial viability and service quality. We strive to balance affordability with the resources necessary to deliver superior educational outcomes.
2.4 Transparency and Fairness
We are committed to providing clear, comprehensive pricing information to enable informed decision-making by prospective and current families. All fee-related communications are conducted with complete transparency and honesty.
2.5 Competitive Market Position
We maintain competitive fee structures while delivering superior educational value and comprehensive childcare services that exceed expectations and provide exceptional return on investment for families.
3. PRICING METHODOLOGY
3.1 Fee Determination
Krityam determines service pricing based on multiple factors including but not limited to:
- Direct and indirect operational costs
- Market analysis and competitive positioning
- Educational program requirements and quality standards
- Facility maintenance and enhancement needs
- Staff recruitment, training, and retention costs
- Regulatory compliance requirements
- Strategic growth and development objectives
3.2 Price Transparency
All applicable fees, charges, and payment terms are disclosed to prospective families during the admission process and are available upon request. Detailed fee schedules are provided in writing before enrollment confirmation to ensure complete understanding of financial obligations.
3.3 Price Modifications
Krityam reserves the right to modify fees with appropriate notice as outlined in Section 7 of this Policy. All fee changes will be communicated transparently and in accordance with applicable laws and contractual agreements.
4. FEE CATEGORIES AND STRUCTURE
4.1 One-Time Fees
4.1.1 Application Fee
The Application Fee serves the purpose of processing admission applications and conducting initial assessments. This fee is due upon submission of the admission application and is non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of admission outcome or subsequent decisions.
4.1.2 Admission Fee
The Admission Fee is charged for enrollment confirmation and seat reservation. Payment is due upon admission confirmation and becomes non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed, securing the child’s place in our program.
4.1.3 Security Deposit
The Security Deposit is a refundable amount held against potential damages or outstanding dues. This deposit is due before commencement of classes and is refundable upon withdrawal, subject to the terms outlined in Section 9 of this Policy.
4.2 Recurring Fees
4.2.1 Annual Development Fee
The Annual Development Fee supports facility enhancement, educational material upgrades, and program development initiatives. This fee is due annually at the beginning of each academic year and is non-refundable regardless of withdrawal timing or circumstances.
4.2.2 Tuition Fee
Tuition fees cover Montessori education programs, classroom materials, and basic care services. Parents may choose between:
- Quarterly payments due on 15th May, 15th August, and 15th November each academic year, or
- Annual payment due on or before 15th May each academic year
An annual payment benefit provides a discount for full annual payments, with the percentage subject to annual revision. Proration is not applicable under any circumstances.
4.2.3 Extended Daycare Fee
Extended Daycare Fees, where applicable, cover childcare services beyond regular school hours. These fees are due monthly in advance, and variations may apply based on the hours of extended care required by individual families.
4.3 Optional and Variable Fees
4.3.1 Meal and Nutrition Program
Our Meal and Nutrition Program covers breakfast, mid-morning snacks, lunch, and evening snacks. Payment is due monthly in advance or according to the selected meal plan. Various meal plan options are available based on dietary requirements and family preferences.
4.3.2 Transportation Services
Transportation Services, where available, provide pick-up and drop-off services within designated areas. Fees are due monthly in advance, with variations based on distance and route requirements.
4.3.3 Special Events and Field Trips
Special Events and Field Trips cover educational excursions, special celebrations, and additional activities. Payment is typically due in advance of the event as announced. Participation is optional unless the activity forms part of the core curriculum.
4.3.4 Additional Services
Additional services include but are not limited to extended care beyond standard hours, special dietary accommodations, individual assessment reports, and additional parent consultation sessions. These services are available upon request and subject to separate fee arrangements.
5. PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:
- Online payments through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay or equivalent services
- Bank transfers to designated Krityam accounts
- Demand drafts payable to “Future Leaders Education and Charitable Trust”
- Cash payments subject to limitations and receipt requirements
5.2 Payment Currency
All fees must be paid in Indian Rupees (INR) only. Foreign currency payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
5.3 Payment Due Dates
- Quarterly Tuition Fees are due on 15th May, 15th August, and 15th November each academic year
- Annual Tuition Fees are due on or before 15th May each academic year
- Other recurring fees are due as specified in the fee schedule
- One-time fees are due according to timelines specified during the admission process
5.4 Late Payment Charges
- A grace period of 3 days from the due date is provided
- After this grace period, a late fee of INR 100 per day applies for payments received after the grace period
- Continued default may result in service suspension as outlined in Section 10
5.5 Annual Payment Discount
- Families are eligible for annual payment discounts when the full academic year tuition fee is paid on or before 15th May
- The discount rate is determined annually by management and communicated during admission
- This discount is non-transferable and applies only to the academic year for which payment is made
- No partial discount is available for partial year enrollments
5.6 Advance Payments
- Advance payments are accepted and will be adjusted against future dues
- No interest is payable on advance payments made by parents
- Advance payment receipts will be provided for all transactions to maintain proper financial records
6. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
6.1 Sibling Discount
- Sibling discounts are available for families enrolling multiple children simultaneously
- Discount percentages and terms are specified in individual cases based on family circumstances
- These discounts are applicable to tuition fees only and not to one-time fees
6.2 Annual Payment Discount
- Annual payment discounts are available only for full academic year tuition fee payments made on or before 15th May
- The discount rate is determined annually by management and subject to change
- These discount benefits are non-refundable even if the child withdraws during the year
- This discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated
6.3 Referral Benefits
- Referral benefits are available for successful referrals leading to confirmed admissions
- Benefits may be provided in the form of fee discounts or credit adjustments
- These benefits are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in our referral program
6.4 General Terms for Discounts
- All discounts are subject to management approval and cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted
- Promotional offers are valid for specified periods and may be withdrawn without prior notice
- Documentary evidence may be required for eligibility verification
7. FEE REVISION POLICY
7.1 Annual Fee Review
Krityam conducts annual reviews of fee structures considering:
- Inflation and cost of living adjustments
- Operational cost variations
- Quality enhancement requirements
- Market conditions with competitive analysis
These reviews ensure our fees remain appropriate and sustainable.
7.2 Fee Change Notification
- We provide minimum 60 days written notice for fee increases through multiple channels including email, notices, and website updates
- Detailed explanations of reasons for fee adjustments are provided when requested by families
7.3 Mid-Term Adjustments
- Mid-term fee adjustments are generally avoided unless due to extraordinary circumstances
- When necessary, such adjustments require 90 days advance notice and detailed justification
- These adjustments are subject to parent consultation processes where applicable
8. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND SCHOLARSHIPS
8.1 Need-Based Assistance
Limited financial assistance may be available for families demonstrating genuine financial need, subject to:
- Availability of funds allocated for this purpose
- Submission of required financial documentation
- Annual review and renewal requirements
- Maintaining satisfactory academic and behavioral standards
8.2 Merit-Based Recognition
Merit-based recognition may be available for exceptional students or circumstances. These awards are:
- Determined on a case-by-case basis by management
- Subject to continued performance standards
8.3 Application Process
- The application process requires written applications with supporting documentation
- All applications undergo confidential review processes
- Decisions are final and not subject to appeal
9. REFUND POLICY
9.1 No Refund Policy
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All fees paid to Krityam Montessori Preschool and Daycare are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances whatsoever. This comprehensive no-refund policy includes but is not limited to:
- Application Fees
- Admission Fees
- Security Deposits
- Annual Development Fees
- Tuition Fees whether paid quarterly or annually
- Meal and nutrition program fees
- Transportation fees
- Extended daycare fees
- Any other fees or charges paid to Krityam
9.2 No Exceptions
- The no-refund policy applies irrespective of withdrawal timing, whether withdrawal occurs before, during, or after commencement of services
- This policy applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal, including but not limited to relocation, medical emergencies, family circumstances, dissatisfaction with services, or any other personal reasons
- The policy remains in effect during service interruptions such as temporary closure due to health emergencies, government directives, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
- No refunds are provided whether the child completes the full academic year or withdraws at any point
- The policy applies regardless of payment method, whether fees were paid quarterly or annually
9.3 Advance Payments
- All fees paid in advance are non-refundable regardless of service utilization
- Annual payment discounts are non-reversible and non-refundable
- No adjustment or credit is provided for unused services or periods
9.4 Legal Acknowledgment
By making any payment to Krityam, parents and guardians explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- They have read and understood this no-refund policy
- Accept the non-refundable nature of all payments
- Waive any claim for refund under any circumstances
- Understand that this policy forms a binding legal agreement
9.5 Withdrawal Procedures
- Written notice of withdrawal must be provided to the Principal or Administration
- Withdrawal does not entitle parents to any refund of fees already paid
- All clearances must be completed before final withdrawal confirmation
- No fees will be waived or adjusted upon withdrawal
10. PAYMENT DEFAULT AND CONSEQUENCES
10.1 Default Definition
Payment default occurs when tuition fees or other charges remain unpaid beyond the 3-day grace period from the due date.
10.2 Progressive Actions
Our progressive action timeline:
- Day 1-3: Grace period with no action taken
- Days 4-7: Automated reminder notices and late fee application
- Days 8-10: Final notice with accumulated late fees
- Day 11 onwards: Immediate service suspension occurs
10.3 Service Suspension
- Automatic suspension of the child’s attendance occurs after 10 days of payment default
- No partial payments are accepted, and the full outstanding amount including late fees must be paid for re-admission
- Suspension does not waive fee obligations or entitle families to any refunds
- Re-admission is subject to availability and management approval after full payment clearance
10.4 Recovery Procedures
- Legal action may be initiated immediately upon default for recovery of outstanding amounts
- All legal costs, collection charges, and associated expenses are borne by the defaulting party
- Krityam does not offer payment plans or installment options for defaulted amounts
- Outstanding dues may be reported to appropriate credit agencies as per applicable laws
10.5 Termination Rights
- Krityam reserves the right to terminate enrollment for persistent payment defaults
- Termination for non-payment does not entitle parents to any refund
- Defaulting families may be blacklisted from future admissions
11. TAXATION AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
11.1 Service Tax/GST
- All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specifically mentioned
- Tax components are subject to change as per government regulations
- Any additional tax liability is to be borne by parents
11.2 Regulatory Compliance
- All fee structures comply with applicable state and central government regulations
- Changes in regulations may necessitate fee structure modifications
- Parents will be notified of regulatory impacts on fees
11.3 Documentation
- Proper receipts and tax invoices are provided for all payments
- Annual fee statements are available upon request
- Records are maintained as per legal requirements
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 Internal Resolution
- All fee-related disputes must be raised first with Administration
- Escalation to Principal and Management for unresolved issues
- We are committed to good faith efforts for amicable resolution
12.2 Mediation
- External mediation may be sought for complex disputes
- Costs are shared equally unless otherwise agreed
- Mediated settlements are binding on all parties
12.3 Legal Jurisdiction
- Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over all fee-related matters
- Indian laws govern all fee-related matters
- Alternative dispute resolution is preferred where applicable
13. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
13.1 Force Majeure Events
- Fee obligations continue during circumstances beyond Krityam’s control
- No fee reductions or refunds are applicable for force majeure events regardless of service delivery impact
- Krityam may implement alternative service delivery methods when possible
- Even if services are completely suspended, all paid fees remain non-refundable
13.2 Pandemic/Health Emergency Protocols
- Fee structures remain unchanged regardless of service delivery modifications
- All fees remain non-refundable even during health emergencies or lockdowns
- Online or alternative learning methods may be implemented without fee adjustments
- While complying with health directives, fee obligations remain unchanged
13.3 Government Directives
- We ensure immediate compliance with government fee regulation directives where legally mandated
- Implementation of government-mandated fee structures or caps occurs when required
- Compliance with new regulations does not create entitlement to refunds for previously paid fees
- Transparent communication is provided regarding any legally mandated changes
14. COMMUNICATION AND UPDATES
14.1 Official Communication Channels
Our official communication channels include:
- Written notices posted on school premises
- Email communications to registered parent email addresses
- School website updates and notifications
- Parent mobile application notifications where applicable
14.2 Parent Responsibilities
Parents are responsible for:
- Maintaining updated contact information
- Regularly checking official communication channels
- Acknowledging receipt of important fee-related communications
- Raising queries or concerns promptly
14.3 Information Updates
- Policy updates are posted on our website with effective dates
- Significant changes are communicated through multiple channels
- Historical versions are available for reference upon request
15. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
15.1 Financial Information Protection
- All payment and financial information is treated as confidential
- Information sharing is limited to authorized personnel only
- We maintain compliance with applicable data protection regulations
15.2 Third-Party Sharing
- Financial information is shared with payment processors for transaction completion
- Shared with legal authorities when required by law or legal process
- We do not engage in commercial sharing of financial data with third parties
16. AMENDMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS
16.1 Policy Updates
- Krityam reserves the right to amend this Policy with appropriate notice
- Material changes require minimum 30 days advance notice
- Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of policy amendments
16.2 Notification of Changes
- Updated policies are posted on our official website
- Email notification is provided to all current parents
- Physical notices are displayed on school premises
16.3 Effective Date of Changes
- Amendments become effective from dates specified in notifications
- Existing commitments are honored until natural expiry
- No retrospective application occurs unless legally required

18. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
By enrolling your child with Krityam Montessori Preschool and Daycare, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Pricing Policy, including but not limited to:
- The strict no-refund policy applicable to all fees under any circumstances
- The quarterly or annual tuition fee payment structure
- The 10-day service suspension policy for payment defaults
- All terms and conditions outlined in this Policy
This Policy forms an integral part of the enrollment agreement and supersedes all previous fee-related communications unless specifically stated otherwise.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER: This Pricing Policy is subject to applicable laws and regulations. In case of any conflict between this Policy and mandatory legal requirements, the legal requirements shall prevail. Krityam reserves the right to seek legal advice and modify this Policy to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
